Apply to join
Tell us who you are and where you work. Applications are reviewed by hand — we only approve genuine property professionals, so every landlord referral is one you can stand behind.

Get your personal link
Once approved, you get a unique referral link and a ready-made kit — a short blurb, a printable leave-behind card, and tips for adding it to your reports. Share it however suits you.

Landlords sign up
When a landlord follows your link — or names you when they register — you are recorded as their referrer. The first partner to introduce a landlord keeps the credit for that account.

You earn commission
You earn a share of what your referred landlords spend, for as long as they stay with LetSorted. Your balance is paid out directly once it reaches £20 — no invoicing, no chasing.
A note on your clients
Referring a landlord never costs them anything, and it never changes their price. LetSorted helps them stay on top of compliance and the Renters' Rights Act 2025 — so a referral is a genuinely useful introduction, not a sales favour. The check-in and inventory work you already do is exactly the evidence a landlord needs to document property condition for court and win a deposit dispute.
